The project aims to train digital mentors and develop digital entrepreneurs from the Pune district of Maharashtra. The initiative aims to empower local youth with digital skills and create a network of digital mentors and digital entrepreneurs who will promote digital literacy and digital entrepreneurship in their communities.
They will receive entrepreneurship training and digital literacy to leverage digital media. The Digital mentors will work with at least 10 additional youths and conduct digital literacy camps in their communities to share the knowledge they gain through these initiatives. The Digital Entrepreneur will be employed using digital media to promote their business.
We Mobilise and select youth participants in consultation with local stakeholders.
Identify skill gaps, local resources, and viable micro-enterprise opportunities. Conduct workshops on digital literacy, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business management.
Support youth in setting up enterprises, connect them with markets, and provide mentoring.
Track progress, document outcomes, and Facilitate reinvestment, partnerships, and continuous learning for youth entrepreneurs.
